CUSTOMER LIAISON
An experienced, professional Customer Liaison will respond quickly and effectively to prevent potential problems. The Liaison will visit with the quality department of the designated customer, tour the manufacturing line, and review the assembly of parts with the production operators and line supervisors. The Liaison will demonstrate excellent customer service and openly communicate between all parties involved regarding any issues.
SORTING | INSPECTION | REWORK
Our trained personnel will follow verbal and written instructions to meet the criteria needed for the job. Boundary samples will be made available for visual inspections. Daily paperwork will be filled out completely including time sheet, part number, quantity of parts rejected and accepted, and the certification procedure.
